I love, love, LOVE this pigeon bolero. The soft pink color is so sweet, and the pigeons are so well-done and firm. Great work of art from this artist!

I wish I could give this 5 stars. The color is as-pictured, the embroidery is well done, the knit and construction is well made. It's thick enough to be warm without being super thick. That said, I missed the note about the size being oversized, but honestly a small would still be too big for me and there's nothing smaller. The large embroidery weighs down the sleeves, which worsens the problem of it being far too big. I sewed 3 inches together off the back of the bolero to keep it from slipping off my shoulders so easily. I like how the sleeves are wide and oversized, but the back is far too oversized for a garment like this where there's very little fabric on the front to keep it on the shoulders. I'd size down two sizes from normal US sizing if you can, or be prepared to sew it smaller.

I do really love this design - that's why I preordered it! Unfortunately, the preorder didn't mention how oversized the bolero would be. I remember carefully measuring my shoulder and sleeve lengths before choosing a size, but it turns out I should have sized down 1-2 sizes. The embroidery, while cute, is very stiff and heavy, which drags the sleeves down even more. The bolero wouldn't stay on my shoulders if I moved even slightly, so I decided to add a ribbed knit edging to the front of the arms and the neckline. It did change the silloheuete a bit, but it's (mostly) stopped falling off my shoulders, so I'll call it a win 😂 So while it is very cute, I'd have to give it 2 stars because it was unwearable without alterations.

First I wanna say I love the design! It's beautiful and such a fun concept! But I would only rank it 3 stars because the structure of the sweater doesn't seem to be hearty enough with the large patches. The patches themselves are also an issue as they weigh down the sleeves which are already really long and it makes it hard to keep them pulled up enough to use my hands. They're so large and flat too that it makes movement feel awkward and stiff but I imagine with time they might soften. After wearing it out for a day I ended up taking it off. I feel like the pigeons would work better on a full sweater on the torso portion or embroidered into the sleeves directly.

Absolutely love this to bits! It’s soft and warm and the quality is amazing, not to mention the darling design. I wish I would’ve went down a size when getting it, which is my fault for not double checking. A L would’ve sufficed after trying it for a few days. Overall though I’m very happy with my purchase!
