All purchases made are final! Kindly understand that we do not accept returns unless the items you received are damaged or are different from what you ordered. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will be happy to refund you or send you a new item. However, if your order is lost due to your entering the wrong address, moving, etc., shipping fee will be charged for re-sending your order.
